SHIPPING TIME

Orders with available stock typically ship on the following business day, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

For orders with available stock, you can expect to receive a tracking number within 3 business days(under 99% circumstance only 1 business day). Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. The carrier used is Chinese biggest outbound couriers, like 4px,and Yuntun ,we also provide UPS/FedEx shipping services. Please note that any delivery dates provided by Cadisen are estimations.

For pre-orders/backorders, kindly refer to the shipping date specified on the product page.

SHIPPING CHANGES & Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel your order within 3 hours, no handling fee will be incurred. In the event that a customer orders the wrong model and wishes to place a new order, no processing fee will be charged for the original order once the second order is received.

For cancellations of orders that have not yet entered the shipping process, a processing fee of 0 % of the Watch cost will be charged.

Change of Address: No fee will be charged.

Replacements and Exchanges: No service fee will be charged.

After Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped and cannot be modified, you have the option to reject the package. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 20% of the e-bike cost will be charged.

Change of Address: If you are able to successfully change your address, a processing fee of $30 will be charged. If the address change is unsuccessful and you choose to refuse the package, a reshipping fee of 20% of the watches cost will be charged.

Replacements and Exchanges: If you are able to successfully exchange the item, a processing fee of $30 will be charged. If the exchange is unsuccessful and you choose to reject the package, a reshipping fee of 20% of the e-bike cost will be charged.

Your watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands and dial only. A printed copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.

The covered components will be repaired for free or the watch will be replaced if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. To send your watch in for repairs, please click here. In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • • Any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, screen/crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
  • • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
  • • Water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.
  • • Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the serial number or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.

We accept 15 days free return

Cadisen offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to a return.You can return the watch anytime within 15days of delivery and you will have to ship it back to us by your local courier. Please note that Cadisen is not responsible for the shipping costs and the  custom tax or tariff (if the tariff or custom tax cost Cadisen to collect the return watches ,the cost will be deducted from the customer initial payment)  of packages returned by customers.But also we wont charge you the initial shipping cost

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, non quality issues and it must include all items originally included in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), along with its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.(it is normal if the package was a bit messed due to shipment or custom checking)

Please understand that the custom will check the package randomly and somehow they dont re pack it back well which will not be defined as a quality issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Customized logo or text watches
  2. Products from Unauthorized Resellers
  3. Items damaged by human error
  4. Bezel alignment with only half click error,please understand bezel alignment has tolerance and it can be fixed with instruction
  5. Giveaways or free items
  6. Online sale accessories (including fenders, gift boxes, rack bags, helmets, controllers, phone mounts, air compressors, waterproof covers, locks, rearview mirrors, etc.)
  7. Additional purchased accessories (Please ensure that any accessories purchased directly from Tamdorio meet your requirements before completing the purchase.)

Shipping and Handling Fee for Non-Quality Issue Returns:

REFUND POLICY

A. For returned watch Once we confirm that the returned item matches the buyer's description, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.

B. If you return the item , you must provide us with a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name. Once the logistics tracking for the package shows delivery, we require five business days to confirm whether the package's status matches the buyer's description; we will then issue a refund within 1-2 business days of confirmation. If the model of the returned watch or parts does not match the order information, Tandorio cannot provide a refund.

If the condition of the returned watch differs from the description prior to return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deducted. The specific deduction ratio will be reasonably determined by Cadisen based on the extent of parts loss.

How to Obtain a Refund:

If you decide to proceed with a return and request a refund, please contact our support team for a solution. We will process the refund once we receive the returned parcel.
